“I have been trapped in overworking myself badly. Two weeks ago, when I took the first session, I was completely exhausted and the session helped me relax and grounding the thoughts of self-care. Afterwards I felt really relaxed and slept for a couple of hours. That was so good after so many weeks of sleep deprivation. I was able to bring my meditation to a higher level and uncover things from my past and present self. The thoughts of self-care are even more grounded now and I am feeling really rested and recharged. I also felt the power of the group and the love of Candace guiding us to reach a state of wellbeing. This is a really nice experience that I totally recommend.”
