Combined with music and expertly guided cues, this breathwork activates your subconscious and allows for an opportunity to process past memories, experiences, trauma, and blockages.

  • There are few techniques as accessible, approachable, and as effective as Euphoric Breathwork. Unlike therapy, journaling, and the occasional epiphany, breathwork is an intentional and efficient opener to our deep-seated memories, emotions, drivers, and intuition.

    I use breathwork to accelerate personal growth and performance—it’s one of the reasons why the women who participate in my High-Impact Revolutions achieve massive results in such short a time. It’s because these guided breathwork sessions allow them to isolate and amplify what makes them so powerful.

  • Euphoric Breathwork doesn’t require any fancy equipment, but it does require you to be comfortable and free of distractions. I’ll make sure you have a complete list of everything you need in your registration confirmation.

  • Yes, we record all online sessions and store them for 6 months. These recordings are not shared with any third party nor will we use them for promotional purposes. This is part of our organizational governance—recordings are a great tool for me to learn how to optimize your next session!

  • Yes, if you feel comfortable. Leaving your camera on during the session allows me as the facilitator to send you specific cues during the session. Remember, all workshop participants will be lying down with their eyes closed—even if you feel silly or self-conscious, no one will see (and less will care!).

  • During a Euphoric Breathwork session, you will engage in what can be best described as “voluntary hyperventilation.” In this facilitated process, I will guide you through a circular breathing technique that is designed to flood your body with oxygen and reduce its CO2 capacity.

    In this biophysical environment, we can reveal a heightened state of mental awareness, as well as a few heightened physical and emotional symptoms. I’ll walk you through these at the beginning of our session so you generally know what to expect—everyone experiences something different, so be open to something new!

    As your experienced facilitator, I am here to support you through physical and emotional discomfort and remind you that you are in complete control of this process; if at any time the session becomes too intense, we’ll assess your current state and either support you through the intensity or work on returning you to normal breathing.

  • First and foremost, I care about your safety! As Euphoric Breathwork can be an intense physical and emotional release, it is not recommended for those who suffer from the following:

    Unmanaged high blood pressure

    A history of cardiovascular challenges, like angina, heart attacks, arrhythmias, etc. Those using a pacemaker are not recommended for breathwork sessions.

    • Glaucoma or retinal detachment

    • Osteoporosis

    • Recent surgeries, illnesses, or physical injuries.

    • A history of seizures or aneurysms

    • A predisposition to migraines

    If you find yourself on this list, do not book a Euphoric Breathwork class and chat with me about finding an alternative solution for your personal revolution.

    A note for those with Asthma: Please consult a physician before booking a class. If you decide breathwork is a viable option for you, please make sure your inhaler is handy during the session.

    A note for those who are pregnant or post-natal: Please consult your physician before agreeing to attend a class (and congratulations, by the way!)
